Cloud terms version: 2026-11-05-v2. Effective date: 5 November 2026. These terms cover Gyro’s optional Cloud service. The local app’s Apache-2.0 licence is separate.

Local app and Cloud availability

The local app and your own provider connections work without a Gyro account or subscription. Your own providers set their own charges and terms.

Cloud access is available only where the service is enabled and an eligible checkout is offered. These pages do not themselves activate a subscription. Before buying, review the actual features, limits, price, seller, renewal and cancellation terms shown in the app and checkout. A successful sign-in or checkout redirect alone does not grant paid access.

Plans and included limits

Listed EUR prices are tax-inclusive. Checkout shows the final total and currency before you agree. Country eligibility and applicable payment restrictions may limit availability.

Managed AI allowances measure usage under Gyro’s provider-cost and exchange-rate policy. They are not cash, transferable credit or an upstream provider account. The automatic-memory allowance (€0.20 for Plus, €1.20 for Premium) is included within the same total, not added to it. Unused allowance does not roll into the next paid period. There are no automatic paid top-ups or overage purchases. Per-task, file-size, API and transfer limits also apply; reaching a limit can pause a Cloud feature while local work remains available.

Payment, renewal and cancellation

Eligible purchases use Stripe Managed Payments and are sold through Link. The actual merchant of record and transaction terms are identified at checkout and on your receipt. Stripe handles payment details, applicable transaction taxes, receipts and transaction-support requests; Gyro handles the product service and product support.

A monthly subscription renews until cancelled under its displayed terms. Use Manage billing in the app to stop renewal, or contact support@usegyro.io. Period-end cancellation normally preserves access through the current paid period. It is different from statutory withdrawal, a refund or deletion of Cloud data. A failed payment may suspend paid features.

Stripe sends the purchase receipt and applicable refund or credit-note notifications. Keep your receipt and the terms supplied with your purchase. A payment or cancellation problem does not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Withdrawal, refunds and service problems

Consumers may have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from an online service contract. Use the withdrawal instructions and model notice. Starting an AI request does not automatically waive that right. Any lawful immediate-performance or deduction arrangement must be disclosed and agreed where required.

For a problem with the service, email support or use the transaction-support route on the receipt. Mandatory remedies for defective or undelivered services remain available. Stripe’s transaction terms and applicable law govern processing of a refund; app deletion alone does not request one.

Your data and managed AI

Choose what you send to Cloud. Backup, sharing and managed AI have separate controls. Cloud storage uses service-managed encryption, not end-to-end encryption. Authorised service operations can decrypt content. Read the Cloud privacy notice before enabling a feature.

Managed AI uses selected task context with OpenAI. Outputs can be wrong; review them and run relevant checks before relying on them. An AI suggestion does not prove a test passed or authorise a local command.

Use the service lawfully and only with data you are entitled to process. Do not bypass security or quota controls, share credentials, or upload sensitive/regulated personal data without an appropriate agreement. Business customers requiring processing under their instructions must arrange the relevant data-processing terms before sending that personal data.

Support, changes and applicable rights

Support is provided by the operator through support@usegyro.io; no 24-hour service level is promised. We may restrict a feature to protect accounts, prevent abuse or comply with law, while respecting mandatory contractual and consumer rights.

Material changes to a paid offer must be communicated before they take effect as required by law; an existing paid period is not silently repriced. Dutch law applies subject to mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
