Product support

For private product, billing or privacy questions, email support@usegyro.io. It is monitored by Gyro’s operator. Include only the information needed to identify your request.

For reproducible bugs and feature requests, use GitHub Issues. Public issues are visible to everyone. Keep account details, private code, credentials and personal information out of public issues.

Subscriptions and payments

For an existing Gyro Cloud purchase, use Plan & billing in the app or the transaction-support route on your receipt. Stripe Managed Payments purchases are sold through Link; the exact seller and applicable transaction terms appear at checkout and on the receipt.

Privacy and security

Send privacy requests to support@usegyro.io. Requesting deletion is separate from cancelling renewal or requesting a refund. We handle applicable statutory rights independently of app quotas or a billing problem.

Use GitHub private security reporting for vulnerabilities. Do not post credentials or private customer data in a public issue.
